    Not a stressful job, but a stressful workplace
    The good thingsJust imagine a small business setup.
    The challengesSo many underqualified people are being allowed to lead when there are more qualified people for those positions. And when you attempt to take appropriate action, no one takes accountability, no one is responsible for the inefficient management, and the people chosen for those positions. Not even management knows the company’s services, policies, protocols, and how they should be performed.

    No wonder the turnover rate is high for this company.
    The good thingsEarly working hours from 7:30 - 4:30 Chill work to the point it will bore you, but because generally this is the company's culture, complacent and boring. Imagine a small business set-up.
    The challengesPoor salary and benefits compared to other retail companies. HMO is ONLY given after two years if you're non-managerial. No training provided, and neither the managers nor the company has a proper onboarding process. A lot of microaggressions towards new employees since tenured employees seem to be largely checked out and protective of their own complacency. It creates a ceiling for the entire company, and it’s the reason why the brands have been stuck in such a mediocre, 'so-so' state for so long.
