What’s it like working at Toyota Financial Services?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Toyota Financial Services offers a supportive environment characterised by friendly colleagues and a strong focus on professional development. Employees particularly value the comprehensive training programmes, including the unique Toyota Way training, along with good benefits such as guaranteed bonuses and annual increases. The company provides excellent learning opportunities through exposure to various aspects of the auto loan industry and encourages skill development through multitasking.

However, employees should be prepared for challenges related to work-life balance, as overtime and weekend work are common expectations. The role involves managing high pressure situations with demanding targets and strict deadlines, and some employees note that career progression can be slower than expected, even for high performers.

TFSPH is a great company to work for, needs improvement a little but I did enjoy my stay.
The good thingsThis organization is a great stepping stone if you really want to learn a lot. Takes good care of their employess, provides good training courses and seminars for professional growth. I enjoyed the bonuses and benefits, especially interaction with colleagues.
The challengesI would say work-life balance, there is always work to be done even during weekends, at first its fun but eventually it gets to you since you have to cancel personal matters due to work.

I’d say a very good and competitive company to work in, only if you are not part of the Loan operations department where the stress level is very high and the work environment is kinda toxic. The direct bosses can be overly controlling of your time and how you do your tasks, there is definitely no work life balance. Not a recommendable department to work in but it was a great opportunity to work there.
The good thingsDefinitely the best people to work with - I’m only referring to our provincial office, not sure with other offices
The challengesA lot of challenges during my stay…
