What’s it like working at Dungganon Bank?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Dungganon Bank value the opportunities for learning and growth, as well as the sense of fulfillment that comes from helping others, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds. The professionalism of their colleagues and the benefits provided by the bank, including insurance coverage and competitive wages, are also appreciated. Management is seen as approachable and supportive.

However, there are potential challenges, such as handling difficult clients who may not make their loan payments on time, the demands of field work, which can involve late nights and potential risks while working in different areas, communication barriers when working with clients who speak different languages or dialects, a heavy workload, particularly in roles such as loan officers, and concerns about certain training methods, such as online training, not being as effective as face-to-face training for some employees.

Im a hardworking person and very active at work.
The good thingsI enjoy and learn a lot here is to help other people specially a poor family that we can serve then and be a positive person despite of everything they have through.
The challengesThe training section which is online I don't like it. People encounter people must be trained in face to face. That's we can learn.
