TFSPH is a great company to work for, needs improvement a little but I did enjoy my stay.
The good thingsThis organization is a great stepping stone if you really want to learn a lot. Takes good care of their employess, provides good training courses and seminars for professional growth. I enjoyed the bonuses and benefits, especially interaction with colleagues.
The challengesI would say work-life balance, there is always work to be done even during weekends, at first its fun but eventually it gets to you since you have to cancel personal matters due to work.

I’d say a very good and competitive company to work in, only if you are not part of the Loan operations department where the stress level is very high and the work environment is kinda toxic. The direct bosses can be overly controlling of your time and how you do your tasks, there is definitely no work life balance. Not a recommendable department to work in but it was a great opportunity to work there.
The good thingsDefinitely the best people to work with - I’m only referring to our provincial office, not sure with other offices
The challengesA lot of challenges during my stay…

Great culture, good Japanese/Toyota values orientation, traditional work setting
The good thingsThey give training on the Toyota Way, a training you wont get elsewhere. Heavy focus on sales and process improvement
The challengesMaking projects as requirement for promotion on top of delivering high KPIs lead to stressful environment. OT is normal and expected. Pay is average but there is annual increase and 15 months pay.

    Micromanagement at its finest
The good thingsOfficemates are friendly and accommodating. Multitasking could be learned from work. Geography skills can also be improved. One will be able to deal with different types of clients.
The challengesMicromanagement at its finest. If you get reassigned to a new unit, they will still force you to help out with your old one. There is always frequent OT. They do not have empathy for the employees. They only care about quotas.

It was an amazing experience yet a roller coaster ride!
The good thingsFrom my communication skills, organizing tasks, to be creative in formulating resolutions to every problem encountered, TFSPH honed me in various aspects of my corporate life.
The challengesI worked in one of their provincial offices. The branch office lacked central leadership, so there was no cohesive vision among the employees, no coordination, and this resulted in work discrepancies. Power was concentrated with senior workers- salespeople in particular, even though they were not the leader. I hope the management will take steps to improve organizational efficiency and create a nurturing environment where everyone can work happily and productively.

    Challenging
The good thingsI enjoy how this compant continously train its employees, how management asks for teammembers opinions before implementing decisions.
The challengesQouta, sometimes the target is not realistic so you need to render OT to have your bullets on, the next day.

    Don't you dare work here
The good things1. Friendly colleagues 2. They only have one level for JR Assistant Manager so once promoted you'll be an Assistant Manager already
The challengesTake good care of your people to lessen number of resignations. Policies should be aligned.
