    Challenging and fast-paced working environment
The good thingsWhat I liked most about Tasco, Inc. is that they recognize employees' hardwork, dedication and milestones. The Management provides bonuses to employees who are deserving and performing well. Second, they give back to orphanages/institutions with special children like Cottolengo Filipino, Philippine Cerebral Palsy, Inc., Elsie Gaches Village, and Servants of Charity. And lastly, they help in protecting the environment by donating trash bins that are made of recycled tires (end-of-life tires) to communities with garbage problems and lifebuoys to flood prone areas.
The challengesFor me, work schedule shall be improved.

It is indeed a healthy environment where everyone is inspired to be the best he can be!
The good thingsThe Management always aims to achieve continuous improvement not only for the success of the company but also for its employees. The ExeCom tries their best to implement best practices and encourage staff to live by our corporate values. They also motivate employees to go beyond what were expected from them or think of a certain \"milestone\". They likewise provide appropriate trainings/seminars and team building that are helpful in enhancing employees' skills and building camaraderie or teamwork among them. In addition, they are always willing to listen to the voices of their employees. Furthermore, what makes it more enjoyable to work here is because of its employees. Everyone treats you as part of the family. You can easily adjust with work demands and its culture because most of the employees are always willing to lend their hands.
The challengesFor me, first challenge is working on a Saturday because it should be a schedule for doing household chores or activities. It would be better if we will adapt Compressed Work Week (CWW) to improve employees productivity and employee retention. Second, benefits shall be improved to retain more employees. Lastly, employer branding shall be boosted to attract more talented applicants who can help in achieving company's goals and success.
