Overall, it is a good company to gain experience if you are just starting with your career.
The good thingsSupportive work colleagues and accommodating HR personnel. Flexible work schedule and hybrid work set-up.
The challengesSalary and benefits are below average to average. Slow career growth, depending on who are you working with. If you are closely working with the upper management that's when you can get the probability of being promoted. Organizational structure often changes (every year). There's a high probability that an employee will be laid off because of this constant change in management. Today you are employed, the next day you may be out of job.

A hollow shell of what it once was
The good thingsGreat team chemistry within the creative team.
The challengesHigh attrition, so leads are constantly recruiting and training Horrible client servicing so there's constant troubleshooting in what solution to actually offer the client "Agile" culture is to sugar coat lack of boundaries, resulting to having to work overtime (outside office hours, weekends or holidays)
