Challenging but rewarding
The good thingsThe organization truly value your hardwork as they invest in their employee. The benefits are average but the engagement is above far. The company is continously honing talents within the org which gave opportunity for hardworking employees.
The leaders are also very supportive despite of the requirement in the role.
There is also an opportunity for an international assignment for qualified individual that may take 3-6 months.
The challengesSince the company is a pay per performance. You may expect that there is an annual target. Though this target are common for a shared service set up, the org is keen in rewarding employees for better ratings. If you're not committed in your career or can easily be caught in stress due to fast pace requirements, you better think in joininh.

The good thingsGreat leadership overall. Support from HQ for the site is huge. Recognitions are super cool. Managers are great. Very employee-friendly policies. Work from home arrangements. Flexible time-in and time-out. Opportunity to rotate to different teams. Diversity and inclusion.
