    Challenging but rewarding
    The good thingsThe organization truly value your hardwork as they invest in their employee. The benefits are average but the engagement is above far. The company is continously honing talents within the org which gave opportunity for hardworking employees. The leaders are also very supportive despite of the requirement in the role. There is also an opportunity for an international assignment for qualified individual that may take 3-6 months.
    The challengesSince the company is a pay per performance. You may expect that there is an annual target. Though this target are common for a shared service set up, the org is keen in rewarding employees for better ratings. If you're not committed in your career or can easily be caught in stress due to fast pace requirements, you better think in joininh.

    I really maximized my potential as one good sales steward.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the people that where i belong. I also enjoyed the support and efficiency of the company. They cared their employees and they respect each other. I am very grateful to have this kind of environment and thankful for the trust that they give it to me. God Bless you always Chevrolet Makati and best wishes.
    The challengesHonestly, i love challenges. But the biggest challenge for me was how do i beat my last performance on my previous day. Not only this company but for every single day of my life.

    Awesome place to work
    The good thingsGreat leadership overall. Support from HQ for the site is huge. Recognitions are super cool. Managers are great. Very employee-friendly policies. Work from home arrangements. Flexible time-in and time-out. Opportunity to rotate to different teams. Diversity and inclusion.
    The challengesNothing much. The usual hurdles that you experience in any other company.

    good experience but some improvement
    The good thingsreceived recognition and awards for your hard work. totally acceptable company to work for and good experience. good working environment except if you went to not so desirable team and supervisor. good benefits and employee support. need to get rid of supervisors that make high employee turnover and make the company look bad.
    The challengeswork has become demanding and needs too many projects, improvement ideas and requirements to get a good expectation for the year. the company is also looking to automate a lot of tasks so a possibility of losing your employment when you're not top ranking and the project will be fully implemented. possible favoritism for opportunities to train abroad.
