Overall, it is a good company to gain experience if you are just starting with your career.
The good thingsSupportive work colleagues and accommodating HR personnel. Flexible work schedule and hybrid work set-up.
The challengesSalary and benefits are below average to average. Slow career growth, depending on who are you working with. If you are closely working with the upper management that's when you can get the probability of being promoted. Organizational structure often changes (every year). There's a high probability that an employee will be laid off because of this constant change in management. Today you are employed, the next day you may be out of job.

A hollow shell of what it once was
The good thingsGreat team chemistry within the creative team.
The challengesHigh attrition, so leads are constantly recruiting and training Horrible client servicing so there's constant troubleshooting in what solution to actually offer the client "Agile" culture is to sugar coat lack of boundaries, resulting to having to work overtime (outside office hours, weekends or holidays)

Great company, lots of opportunity to learn
The good thingsThe work & life balance is what I look forward to keeping a job and being motivated. I was able to manage my time during the pandemic.
The challengesChallenge is they are giving less benefits that supposed to be enjoyed by employees. It could be better and flexible.

Not for those who expect a company culture conducive for innovation
The good thingsManager empowered and trusted me to make decisions; valued my feedback
The challengesHard to do true innovation and drive Design Thinking in the company when the people around you are either too egoistic, have a surface-level view of what it takes to drive a Design process, and worst of all treat employees like they are really just disposable

The good thingsI can say that there's a lot of benefits that makes you motivated at work.
The challengesThe compressed hours, like you have to be at the office for about 10 and a half hours a day.

    My Internship
The good thingslove it there! people were nice to me. as an intern i was exposed a bit to the ins and outs of publishing industry. photo shoots, writing, assisting in events etc. so sad to hear that they're no longer in the print business. i interned for femalenetwork.com before in 2011 summer. then now they're doing great cause everyone is online. they're no longer printing magazines, like cosmo etc., everything is online now. too bad but overall i love my experience there unforgettable
The challengesme waking up so early to make it to my 9 am work/internship cause its far from my place but, i don't mind it i love my stay there.

    Best internship ever!
The good thingsIt was fun yet knowledgeable because I've learned a lot of things in my stay there. I got a chance to grasp the feeling of working, specifically working with a team; like envisioning ideas every minute for a write-up, deadlines, interacting with different people everyday, and growing professionally as a writer.
The challengesI haven't really faced a situation here that you can describe as \"challenging\".
