The challengesI appreciate the opportunities and guidance I’ve received here, and I understand that production and performance are essential for our success. However, I’d also like to raise some concerns that affect our overall morale and well-being. While we are committed to meeting production goals, issues such as compensation, salary disputes, and the feeling of unfair treatment from higher operations have been impacting motivation. I believe that addressing both production goals and employee well-being can lead to better results for everyone. I hope we can find a way to balance these priorities and create a more supportive work environment
