    Despite some delays due to changes in deadlines and requirements , my onbording experience was a good opportunity to stay prepared and organized .
    The good things What I like most about Shearwater Health is how they support healthcare workers and give chances to learn and improve . It makes me feel encouraged and ready to grow in my career with them .
