    The application process may be long but its all worth it.
    The good thingsThe pros of this program, especially for a fresh graduate and newly registered nurse like me who is planning to take the NCLEX exam and migrate to the U.S., are truly beneficial. I am sponsored for the program, and on top of that, I am being paid with an allowance.
    The challengesThe downsides of my setup include possible distractions and a sense of isolation.
