    Positive Experience. I've had a positive experience with Shearwater Health so far. The onboarding process was organized, and HR made sure that all requirements and expectations were clear from the start. One thing I appreciate is how transparent the company is when it comes to policies, especially regarding leaves, compensation, and remote work guidelines.

    To the company who gave me a chance as a newbie
    The good things-good for newbies: they hired me even though I don’t have BPO experience and new to the industry -application was easy: recruiters & hiring managers were very kind and friendly -temp WFH: nonvoice account, equipment was provided and delivered to my address, they assist me virtually in setting my PC up -work life balance: 8 hr shift, fixed weekends off -good benefits, incentives & compensation such as HMO, life insurance, leaves, nclex academy, medical coding academy, nurse compass program -responsive HR team and management
    The challenges-start date was delayed, maybe because i applied during the holidays season (november) and i started january to the point that i thought they ghosted me -salary can be a little higher hehe
