    I had a great experience with SWHealth hiring process. From the initial application to the final interview, the communication was clear, timely, and professional. The interviewers were well-prepared and respectful, and the questions reflected a genuine interest in both my skills and how I would fit into the company culture. Overall, it was one of the most organized and thoughtful hiring experiences I’ve had. Whether or not I had been offered the position, I would still walk away with a positive impression of the company.
