    The challengesThe work environment can feel unstable due to its heavy reliance on client-based engagements, where project continuity often depends on client decisions. There are instances where communication from leadership lacks urgency and transparency, particularly during critical situations, which can create uncertainty among employees. While the organization promotes strong core values, there appears to be a gap between those principles and their consistent application in practice—especially in areas of openness and honest communication. Strengthening alignment between stated values and day-to-day leadership actions would improve trust, accountability, and overall employee confidence.

    The challengesDuring my time with SO, what started as a positive experience within a small, cohesive team began to decline following an unstructured merger of different LOBs. Management appeared unprepared, leading to unclear transitions, forced cross-skilling, and minimal recognition — including a mere ₱1,000 salary increase after three years despite increased responsibilities. As QAs and SMEs, our vital contributions were often overlooked, with critical updates and process changes poorly communicated. Moreover, the lack of team engagement initiatives and questionable hiring practices — favoring interview performance over actual job fit — further impacted morale and overall service quality.

    I regretfully cannot recommend this company due to its evident disregard for fairness and integrity in the workplace. The environment is plagued by managerial power-tripping, where those in leadership positions often exploit their authority without facing any accountability for their actions. This creates a culture of fear and discourages employees from raising legitimate concerns. Additionally, tenured agents often behave as though entitled to special privileges, creating tension and division among the workforce. Instead of fostering teamwork and mutual respect, this dynamic undermines the growth and morale of the entire team. For a company to thrive, fairness, accountability, and mutual respect must be the cornerstone of its culture. Unfortunately, these values seem to be lacking here, making it difficult for employees to feel valued or supported

    Very different exp on a very good note unlike those typical BPO Companies
    The good thingsThe WFH set up but we need to follow up with the client also my work mates is very professional when it comes to work. No irrelevant topics unlike those BPO Companies that i previously worked with.
    The challengesNot alot of allowances like transporation( for onsite) and wifi reimbursment ( for wfh). Since they hired you as a tenured agent they are not very on hands when it comes to training. Luckily our account is very easy so its okay.

    I am currently working with InfoTrust under Satellite Office and the work from home setup and career development opportunities are so good and great for me.

    The challengesDon't have any challenges working for this company. My only concern is during HMO renewal, it takes time to received our updated HMO card/IDs.

    The good thingsAlways improving their internal process and think about the welfare of their employees. Have super fun games and prizes as well which are easy to participate and join in. At the same time, these programs helps give back to the community.
    The challengesChallenge would probably be finding the best client that would be best fit for you since they have a lot of great clients. On a side note, comfort room could use a bit of improvements like soap dispensers and bidets facility wise. :)

    Fun environment. Lots of opportunities. Not like any other toxic BPO companies.
    The good thingsWe have a good view of BGC from our office. We have unlimited coffee (can be iced! haha) which is one of the things I look for in a company. We have a fun environment here not only in our account specifically but also with Satellite office because they respond to all our inquiries and take action immediately. It is way different from other BPO companies that is why I like it here.
    The challengesAm just hoping they have an office somewhere in Quezon City because it will be more accessible for people like me who lives in the North. :)
