    The challengesmost of the superiors are power tripper. does not know how to accept their flaws. blames will always be on the trainees as they doesn't have any voice to defend themselves.

    The good thingsDayshift work sched makes me spend more time with my family. Company-provided equipment for work from home setup. Streamlined recruitment and hiring process without hassles and a very fast turn around time for the result, good follow up and support system is always there and a special shoutout to the awesome and fabulous recruitment team of SO, keep up the good work! Clients are professional and very considerate as well as generous not only in monetary aspect but in other personal requests too.
    The challengesLearning curve for specific clients may be very steep but they will always provide assistance and suppport whenever needed. This is an opportunity to increase the capacity of the employee in order to fullfill their job role requirements.

    As easy as it can be!
    The good thingsThere are so many wonderful things about working for Satellite Office. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.
    The challengesI have not experienced any challenges so far that made me re evaluate my stay at Satellite Office and I do hope everyone feels the same.

    The good thingsAustralian client is really nice and supportive. Promotes work-life balance. Good working environment. Excellent employee engagement activities. working schedule is good 5am-2pm avoiding rush hour traffic. Salary package are good!
