    Poor vaccination plan
    The good thingsClients are really nice and really think of the employees they hire.
    The challengesSO's vaccination plan is terrible. No concrete execution matrix to follow prioritization varies. If you cc Jeff then thats the only time HR will action.

    Poor benefit implementation
    The good thingsClient is very supportive and will assist you.
    The challenges- No COVID leave credits unlike with other company - HMO access for employees is still ongoing - HMO MBL is not competetive anymore; with prorated access on your 1st year - Poor HR assistance, slow turn around time for any employee concerns

    Poor engagement activities
    The good thingsNo to very minimal disputes in salary, if there is any, HR talks to the employee rigbt away and tells thats it will be credited next pay out. I miss our office.
    The challengesThe engagement officer can do a lot better. The activities are not engaging and are very outdated. Better hire someone who can actually do the job. While the salary is above the market the benefits that employees get are not competitive.

    Great working experience
    The good thingsI joined the company few months after covid-19 pandemic started in PH. Despite a very hard period, SO managed to process everything smoothly. From the very first recruitment process (initial interview) to sending all of the equipment needed for work. Allowing work from home set-up and giving regular updates/communication is also commendable.

    No prifessional growth
    The good thingsPeople here are all nice and are easy to talk with most specially the managers that are based in Australia.
    The challengesGrowth is slow in the organization. No training or upskilling is being offered by the company. Also, simple requests to admin takes time, not even an acknowledgment is being sent to the requestor.

    Family-like work environment
    The good things- work environment: teammates are approachable even the Country Manager and CEO are very friendly! - schedule/work life balance: 7-4pm shift, encourages you to use your leaves as they promote work-life balance - competitive compensation & incentives plus appraisal!! :) - work location: there are many options for commuters
    The challengesThere are always stressors in any company but I think it's also in the way you handle things out! For me, in SO, there's nothing much that is a big deal or issue.
