Good, but it COULD BE BETTER.
The good thingsThe employees are respectful to the department that I'm part of and participative when it comes to facilitated programs regardless of the approved budget.
The challengesCommunication gap, if one cannot speak and understand the language, especially in Nihongo there are always difficulties even after translating to basic English.
Hence, some of the assigned tasks are inappropriate with very limited resources, time, and even impossible to do so.
