Friendly working environment
The good thingsDuring my employment in this company, all of my colleagues are approachable especially when it comes on my tasks. My co-VA's and the leadership team helped me allot to learn all the tasks that my client assigned to me.
The challengesAt first, I experienced challenges with the company location because it gives me 1 - 2 hrs of travel time to Clark but for me to avoid all the possibilities of being late, I made sure to allot extra travel time.

My first employment...
The good thingsI am a fresh graduate. As the breadwinner of my family, salary matters the most to me. However, many good-paying jobs require either an experience which I didn't have or graveyard shift. This company offered me an entry-level salary which is almost the same with those companies without having to work on graveyard or shifting schedules. Enough to help my family.
The challengesAdjusting to corporate environment and rules may be challenging especially when you just came out of the university life but I guess that's just how adulthood goes. As my professor once told me, there is no perfect company, it just depends on how positive your perspectives are in every little things in life.

The good thingsEver since I started working in PMVA I was able to have a lot of free time because the company promotes work-life balance. The management also encourages its employees to go home on time, I was able to spend more time with my family.
The challengesSometimes work can get stressful because you're dealing with foreign colleagues but still it's going to be up to you how you are going to handle it.
