My first employment...The good thingsI am a fresh graduate. As the breadwinner of my family, salary matters the most to me. However, many good-paying jobs require either an experience which I didn't have or graveyard shift. This company offered me an entry-level salary which is almost the same with those companies without having to work on graveyard or shifting schedules. Enough to help my family.
The challengesAdjusting to corporate environment and rules may be challenging especially when you just came out of the university life but I guess that's just how adulthood goes. As my professor once told me, there is no perfect company, it just depends on how positive your perspectives are in every little things in life.
