While this company may be suitable for those looking for entry-level experience, the low pay, toxic culture, and high stress levels make it less ideal for long-term career growth.
The good thingsThe company provides basic benefits such as HMO, 13th-month pay, and other standard perks. It can be a good steppingstone for gaining experience and developing skills in the industry.
The challengesThe salary is low, with minimal growth. I started at 11K in 2017 and left in 2021 with only 15K which isnt competitive for the years of service. The work environment can be toxic w/ some colleagues acting superior creating tension The workload is stressful and exhausting making worklife balance hard
