While this company may be suitable for those looking for entry-level experience, the low pay, toxic culture, and high stress levels make it less ideal for long-term career growth.
The good thingsThe company provides basic benefits such as HMO, 13th-month pay, and other standard perks. It can be a good steppingstone for gaining experience and developing skills in the industry.
The challengesThe salary is low, with minimal growth. I started at 11K in 2017 and left in 2021 with only 15K which isnt competitive for the years of service. The work environment can be toxic w/ some colleagues acting superior creating tension The workload is stressful and exhausting making worklife balance hard

    Good as stepping stone only
The good thingsI have good relationships with my co-workers. If not because of them I would not stay that long in the company.
The challengesSystem migration is very stressful. The daily task is not enough for the working hours so you need to render overtime just to comply all the required reports. So much stress for the branch personnel, from supplies to system connection and even the client's complaints regarding system migration.

Working environment is poor, even the basic office supplies are scarce.
The good thingsLocation, it is far from the traffic area/business District.
The challengesOffice supplies are really hard to get. Request tooks 3-4 months before you can get what you need for the work.

Collection of receivables is one of my passion aside from branch banking operations.
The good thingsThe company owners are so generous. I believed this is one of the contributing factor that motivated the employees to work hard. The opportunity to grow is given to deserving and hardworking individuals. I started as a Manager and due to hard work was promted to Deputy Region Head/Senior Manager. I just reached the retirement age that is why I retired.
The challengesThere is a chance to grow and earn more. There are other incentives like extra bonuses and travel incentives. People and other officers are nice to work with, a reason why I go up, drink my coffee and report for work.

The good thingsThe company provided its employees ample training for two months at their head office. All expenses during the training were paid for and reimbursed. We trainees didnt have trouble finding a place to stay in Manila because there is a staff house. There are good benefits when you become a regular employee. A lot of seminars are also provided for the staff which all are reimbursable.
The challengesPer diem allowance was given late.
