I started as a Manager and due to hard work was promted to Deputy Region Head/Senior Manager. I just reached the retirement age that is why I retired.
The challengesThere is a chance to grow and earn more. There are other incentives like extra bonuses and travel incentives. People and other officers are nice to work with, a reason why I go up, drink my coffee and report for work.
