While this company may be suitable for those looking for entry-level experience, the low pay, toxic culture, and high stress levels make it less ideal for long-term career growth.
The good thingsThe company provides basic benefits such as HMO, 13th-month pay, and other standard perks. It can be a good steppingstone for gaining experience and developing skills in the industry.
The challengesThe salary is low, with minimal growth. I started at 11K in 2017 and left in 2021 with only 15K which isnt competitive for the years of service. The work environment can be toxic w/ some colleagues acting superior creating tension The workload is stressful and exhausting making worklife balance hard

Ir was a great experience to become part of the bank and given the opportunity to lead.
The good thingsI enjoy the company though we are not well compensated as to benefits i should say. The people are kind and hard working.
The challengesHonestly, i really enjoy my job. Money is just a secondary reason for me to leave. I just want some changes and hate travelling too long.

Working environment is poor, even the basic office supplies are scarce.
The good thingsLocation, it is far from the traffic area/business District.
The challengesOffice supplies are really hard to get. Request tooks 3-4 months before you can get what you need for the work.
