    The good thingsThe leaders are very supportive and makes sure that you improve. They also do not force you to do overtime, as it is only voluntary for those wanting. Perfect company for industry beginners to grow without being underpaid unlike in other BPO companies.
    The challengesThe schedules are changing in a fast pace that leaves no room for employees to adjust to sometimes. Very high call volume even during the weekends.

    The good thingsLocation: it is convenient to commute and for food options Hiring process: the whole process just took a day, you'll know right away if you made it or not Payroll: faced no issues up to my final pay Promotion: despite my short stay, I've seen so many colleagues get promoted to higher positions
    The challengesSalary: LOWBALL, considering the new demands and restrictions, but you can work your way by hitting the metrics LUNCH TIME: almost everyday is a different time, and it is usually so early, just after start of the shift, you barely could join your team mates as well Sick leave: they do have sick leave, it's just not applied on your time key
