    Not good in terms of management
    The good thingsGood Insensitives but will give you more stress first before you get insentives
    The challengesVery strict in regards of nps and working hours. Most of the time it's about their system issue, we are waiting for it to be fixed without being paid and we need to compensate lost hours even it's not our fault.
