It may not be the best workplace, as the leave availment process is not well-managed.
The good thingsThe account process was manageable and contributed to the development of my existing skills and abilities.
The challengesThe main challenges are the lack of work-life balance and poor leave availment. You are only informed of leave approval two weeks before the scheduled date.

    Traumatic work experience in Infosys.
The good thingsNone. I can't think of any aside from HMO day 1 plus 2 free dependents.
The challengesThere were a lot of salary disputes. Very toxic management, unfair judgement that will affect your mental health.

If you want to start to your career, you may apply here. Then leave and look for a better opportunities elsewhere.
The good thingsEasy LOB. Can easily adapt with the tasks.
The challengesLow salary. Did not give importance to those employees who stayed with them for a very long time. Don't expect for a salary increase/alignment.

I gained a lot of experiences for almost 3 years but I quit because of salary dissatisfaction.
The good thingsIt is one of my training ground to hone my problem solving and conflict resolution skills as a call center agent.
The challengesFirst is score card, when you used your SL your reliability score will go down. And if your reliability score will go down you are obliged 100% to report onsite for that particular month so on and so forth. Second, first come first serve of plotting leaves and you must hit all the target scores like QA and reliability score. Third, some team leads are irresponsible and unprofessional they don't even know how to manage and nurture a team like conducting huddle regularly. Lastly, the new management implemented an anti agent policy which bring additional burden to the task for those agent who are taking calls. They add extra work but they didn't add extra pay.

The good thingsGood HMO coverage and within Market value salary range for Managers and above
The challengesPayroll is always an issue. very high attrition due to: 1. payroll issues 2. Work-life balance Managers spent toooo much admin time due to audits and compliance checklists. Takes too much away time from operations management and improvements.

Salary Disputes and Confusing Payroll Dedeuctions
The good thingsThey are fast on processing applications and will immediately provide feedbacks if you're hired or not. They also offer free trainings for SIGMA for those who'd like to increase their value/qualifications in terms of career in a BPO set-up
The challengesMainly challenge I had at this company is understanding their payroll because everytime were asking them their answers were not same and made so much confusion for employees. Second, even though they are offering free trainings for SIGMA, its really hard to get a slot as if there's a reservation happening before you can even submit a request. On top of that this is not a good place for those who'd like to grow their career or even had a promotion, before you can even become a Team Lead or an internal QA, you had to undergone SIGMA trainings to increase your Job Level and able to apply as such, otherwise, you're only increasing your workloads without getting enough pay. Doesn't provide any incentives, its always the managers whose spending out of their pockets for few employees only that they can rely on.

    Started as Process Executive
The good thingsThe workmates are the best memories in the company. Even though the workload is stressful, teammates make it a little easier to manage stress. The day offs are on weekends. Though it depends on the account as there are accounts that have shifting schedules.
The challengesIt used to be good. But the management is starting to go bad. The management used to care for the employees. The support is not nearly available to help newbies who are just trained on a new vector especially when the calls are pouring in and hard to control. They don't give you trainings that can improve your skills. Their trainings are just basically refreshers. Workload doesn't match with how much you are being paid. The leaves are even more difficult to be approved despite your reason is for medical purposes.

    Good trainings and training leads
The good thingsInternet reimbursement and provided equipment like laptops. During pandemic, they have provided shuttle service home to office or vice versa.
The challengesPayroll as i have experienced so many loss of pays ranged month to month. The dispute takes very long and just only received small amount. Salary is very low and been almost 2 years with the company with just an increase of less than 200 pesos. No career growth and sometimes there are politics inside. Process did not improve with the management as it get to worst. Tools are irrelevant when doing remote support as no controls to clients computer for walk throughs.
