Not what I'm expectingThe good thingsFast processing of application, based on my experience. I was interviewed on June 3 and started on June 14. Maybe because the account I was assigned to is ramping up so they need to hire associates as quickly as possible.
The challengesBasic salary package is low. The training process is subpar. Who gets to train for 11 days and expect to meet targets? The supporting team for actual process is so delayed. Better to pretend you have system issue and disconnect from the call. A lot of agents are having system issue. So funny.
