    The good thingsNone. I can't think of any aside from HMO day 1 plus 2 free dependents.
    The challengesThere were a lot of salary disputes. Very toxic management, unfair judgement that will affect your mental health.

    Been with the company for 8yrs
    The good thingsI've been with the company for 8 years that is because I am able to appreciate how the company has given me career opportunities. Consistency in caring fir their employees and transparency on how the company is doing. During the pandemic, employees were sent to wfh making sure everyone will still jobs and get paid even with the challenges.
    The challengesWhen our client pulled out our LOB and was placed on bench/floating for sometime. It is taking awhile to get me a new post. I just hoped it was sooner.
