The challengesQuality Management is great. But the Operations, definitely not good. In my account, I consider it bad. Most of their processes mainly depend from the Indian counterparts. In which, has a poor rate when it comes to responding. And the fact, that we are pioneering account, it is obvious that they are not prepared. Also, I don’t like their system of training people (Product Training). To be honest, I’m surprised. Well, I guess its true enough that first impression lasts. And this experience of mine are one of those that can testify to that statement.
