    As a fresh graduate, I had a good experience working in a work-from-home setup. Although there were no additional benefits, I wish the contract duration could have been extended to 6 months instead of 3, as I had already familiarized myself with the work. Nonetheless, I am grateful to the company for the opportunity, which led me to better offers after gaining experience with them.
    The good thingsI had a great experience working with my team leaders, who provided excellent guidance to help me complete my tasks efficiently each day. As a fresh graduate, I also appreciated the HR team's support that they were always accommodating and willing to explain and assist me, even after my contract ended.
    The challengesOne of the challenges was meeting daily quotas, but I managed it well due to my strong typing skills. The key is effective communication as well with TLs, especially if you're struggling to meet targets there willing to help you just inform them though as everyone has different perspectives and work ethics its up to you.

    Small but happy organization and management have so much trust in their employees.
    The good thingsIt's a hybrid! It's a small BPO company with great potential. The employees here are very friendly and loyal, which explains why most of them have stayed for over 10-15 years, uncommon in a BPO sector.
    The challengesI want to be a full-time employee, but there is no vacancy yet. I have to wait until they hire me back as a full-time staff.
