    Only good in the beginning but latter part, not good and no salary increase at all. Lucky to those newly hired, they have a much higher package offer.
    The good thingsAt first, everything is good actually. Team Managers are hands on even though they are newly hired. They will try their best to give the support and knowledge to their team. Your colleagues are good. You will meet different person in all walks of life. They will make your life bearable every day.
    The challengesMicromanaging. Management will always say yes to everything and will not consider the hardships of their employees. Metrics will keep on changing, and they will add unnecessary metrics. Low salary, no increase. Only good for beginners in BPO. Tenured agents do not have any annual increase.

    Ibex is wonderful most especially the employees.
    The good thingsThey make ordinary people become more resourceful and be able to achieve more. In Ibex, I have learned a lot more than I expect. They teach you on how to handle customers and give them satisfaction. They also enhance your skills through trainings.
    The challengesThe only challenge that I must say is that sometimes customers are a bit irritating but it can be manage easily by giving them options and talking to them with respect.
