    Your Typical BPO Company
    The good thingsTraining is pretty thorough. Team supervisors know how to handle their team. Provides all the necessary benefits. Nice incentives.
    The challengesProduction floor needs more space. Only two small pantries. Technical difficulties during WFH (Internet speed excluded). Some office chairs need to be replaced.

    The challengesThere's a lot of challenges working in this company, we're only seasonal account for only 2 months, but the salary disputes are consistent, even for the final pay, I never expected this from this company but it is very disappointing, salary are too low also!
