    The good thingsSupervisors and supports at the office always supports the agents about work related matters and inquiries.
    The challengesThe only challenges that I've had in this company is that in the middle of pandemic, some of my coleagues including me lost their job because the account that I've been working to had closed and they've trouble putting me into another account.
