The challenges-Incompetent when it comes to learning new skills. Since the job itself is easy and repetitive, you tend to experience boredom. The management should think of a way to promote motivation and enhancement or learning of new skills. Technology is changing the world of work today, the company should learn how to keep up with these changes.
- The managers should atleast have a leadership training once in a while.
