    The good and the bad... Mostly bad..
    The good thingsThe people there are amazing. They teach you all necessary info you will need to build up your career. They are friendly and approachable and they help you no matter what. With the day's hard work, they would definitely brighten it up.
    The challengesThe challenges revolve mostly around the administration. For starters, they do not provide water for their employee which i believe is important to sustenance to the employees. The administration provide employees with the minimum of all benefits except Christmas season as they are very generous. Stress level is actually tolerable. But because you're paid minimum, its not worth it.

    A very traditional job experience
    The good thingsThe employees, especially the older ones in the company, are approachable and they are generous to share their knowledge with you. It is a good place to start after you've graduated since they'll give you the chance to work in their big projects. You'll be helping to produce working drawings.
    The challengesThere is no pantry with free coffee or to keep your packed foods for meals which leads to a lot of cockroaches and rodents. No vacation trips. Depending on the project, some bigger projects requires you to work over time frequently since there's a shortage of manpower No yearly appraisal so you'll be stuck with the salary you have when you first entered the firm.
