The firm is a conglomeration of disciplines. In house is a full staff of Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Designers and Planners, Environmental Architects, Model Makers, Industrial Designers and Landscapers. Other disciplines such as structural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary and plumbing engineers are an integral part of the firm's consulting staff who work independently but can participate as associates as needed.

A good place for creative minds...

The good thingsMCI is the kind of workplace that you would want to stay if you're passionate with creativity, deep understanding of Filipino design, and real craftsmanship. Family type of culture, people are open to share ideas and skills, no ego and power tripping. A good place to work.

The challengesTight deadlines and low manpower, salary is not as high like other big firms. But, if you really wanted to develop your design skills this is the good place to learn.

Fun and informative

The good thingsThe production team has a good characteristic towards each other. The office environment is also less stressful since it is well organized.

The challengesMy travel going to work was very difficult since I live here in Manila and the office is situated at BF Homes in Parañaque.

People are like families and has great teamwork

The good thingsThe environment is comfortable, everyone is respectful, the projects are really nice and inspiring as well. In a very short time, I fell in love with the company together with the people I have worked with. They treat me as one of them and as an architect instead of just an intern. They shared and taught me not just advanced skills but a great character of what a professional should be.

The challengesI am surrounded with great and skillful people. Its quite a pressure but I used this as motivation and goal.
