Happy working environment but lacks competence and career development.
The good things- Good benefits - Yearly salary increase - Loyalty bonus - Good health care card (Before it was good, now they have downgraded it for a reason we don’t know) - Good and cheerful environment - Workmates feel like family
The challenges-Incompetent when it comes to learning new skills. Since the job itself is easy and repetitive, you tend to experience boredom. The management should think of a way to promote motivation and enhancement or learning of new skills. Technology is changing the world of work today, the company should learn how to keep up with these changes. - The managers should atleast have a leadership training once in a while.
