Hausland Development Corporation started as a single-proprietorship company named Haus-Land Assets and Realty in 1986. Mainly operating as a young brokerage firm set in motion by its proprietor, Wilfredo M. Since then, the company garnered the support and recognition of other financial institutions in the country including the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG) on its business ventures primarily based in Tarlac and Pangasinan.The year 2003 proved as a milestone for the company.
