    The good thingsThe people are very accommodating. They are the warmest people I have ever met. They care so much for you and, as much as possible, gives you whatever you want to feel more comfortable in working. People in this company works with their hearts.
    The challengesThere was a little challenge with the language barrier and the culture difference. I think the company can improve by setting up more employee engagement activities and should be participated with all the members especially the ones from other countries.
