Becoming globally competitiveThe good thingsI enjoy the environment, even the place. We can see the good view everyday outside our windows. We are free to give our own opinions and our managers recognize them well. We are not forced to work overtime even though most Japanese companies do that. If there is something troubling you, everyone in the company is willing to help. You are open to learn many new things, even about other countries' culture.
The challengesThe company is still starting so there is no established system yet. Though there are ways on improving the system, the company has to adjust to the needs of each employee. As of now, the company is still using one room for the employees. It's rather difficult to walk around. But we were already told we are transferring to much bigger room before the start of July. The room is not so clean for now because there is no cleaner but later on, the cleaners will come here.
