The good thingsRecently they have wfh setup (own device, no allowances). But now it's back to normal.
There is a salary increase per annum. (It's 0.01 - 1%/yr)
HMO w/ 2 dependents
The challengesExpensive and tiring commute to work.
Salary is not competitive. Newly hired employees have higher salaries than tenured ones.
Heavy workload, If they see you working hard they will add more.
No incentives.
Computers are in poor to average condition.
Internet connection is very poor.
