    Apply at your own risk.
    The good thingsRecently they have wfh setup (own device, no allowances). But now it's back to normal. There is a salary increase per annum. (It's 0.01 - 1%/yr) HMO w/ 2 dependents
    The challengesExpensive and tiring commute to work. Salary is not competitive. Newly hired employees have higher salaries than tenured ones. Heavy workload, If they see you working hard they will add more. No incentives. Computers are in poor to average condition. Internet connection is very poor.

    I enjoy working with my current company but I'm not satisfied with the salary, benefits they are giving to us.
    The good thingsI enjoyed getting to know new people, New knowledge regarding this job. I acquire new skills, the experience that I can use for my future job to come.
    The challengesOne of the challenges that I'm still facing right now working with my current company is I'm not paid well versus the workload/task that they gave to us. No benefits, No incentives, etc. But I'm still happy because I have experienced this kind of job/occupation and I stayed for more than 5 years.
