The good thingsClient interaction from various walks of life will improve your customer and public service. It also helped me to become familiar with various analytical and non-analytical equipment in the laboratory. Lastly, it also helped me to learn other skills on Intellectual Property and ISO Audits.
The challengesOur government does not support science and technology hence some laboratories have old laboratory equipment that needs to be upgraded. In addition, depending on the attitude of current personnel, office politics becomes a norm which prevents progress and harmony in the office.
