This company is a low-ball employer with excessive and unnecessary micromanagement. Although they promote a family-oriented culture, requests for a work-from-home arrangement are repeatedly denied—often with inconsistent explanations, such as claiming the client does not approve, even when the client has already given approval. Overall, this workplace is not recommended.
