    nothing's good here. not recommended
The good thingsThe IT setup on site is mixed with agents in production, creating a stressful and inefficient work environment. This company is a low-ball employer with excessive and unnecessary micromanagement. Although they promote a family-oriented culture, requests for a work-from-home arrangement are repeatedly denied—often with inconsistent explanations, such as claiming the client does not approve, even when the client has already given approval. Overall, this workplace is not recommended.

Since they accepted me even though I don't have experience and my course is not related to their field, I can say that this company is really beneficial to everyone who would like to have career growth.
The good thingsThe company has been instrumental in expanding my knowledge as a technical support.
The challengesEvery call may be a challenge. It will test your critical thinking skills in resolving every issue they have.

Great company culture but average salary
The good thingsThe culture is fantastic and the employees treat each other like family.
The challengesBase salary is unfortunately low. Bonuses can help but as with any bonus it can be taken away.

This is the best BPO company I've known.
The good thingsIt's a family oriented company and the management really cares about the employees.
The challengesEvery work has a challenge but it's not about the company. Like the nature of our job. The callcenter agents are expected to work mostly at night but sometimes it's tiring.

    Awesome benefits for its employee
The good thingsWhat I really like in this company were the benefits. When you're employed here, you will have the chance to experience the free food and snacks, as well as the beverages. The boss were also generous, from the performance incentives to the salary increase, anniversary bonus, thank you gift, night differential, attendance bonus monthly and quarterly attendance bonus. If you have children, you can also enroll them to their scholarship program. Every summer outing and year end party are always extravagant care of the company itself. This company is a must try.
The challengesI could say none. The company takes good care of its people.

The challengesThe unexpected responsibilities for the chosen position that the employee would get are to get ready for.

Technically challenging but fun in its own way.
The good thingsLearning technical skills that helps my daily life in this modern era. Fun people to work with. Free meals!
The challengesWorking on a scope you are not paid for. I mean, we have a motto at work that says "go the extra mile" which we take at heart but sometimes, we get to work on a job that we are not familiar with that could jeopardize our work/relation to the hotel.

Don't get intimidated by the technical accounts here. It's fun and rewarding!
The good thingsI'll do this chronologically, based on my experience here. Training was great. They have trainers who really are qualified and know what they're doing. You'll learn a lot about networks and troubleshooting while also enhancing your communication skills. The accounts are relatively easy and most are very generous with their spiffs and bonuses. Career development is also not a problem since you can climb the ranks even if you don't want to be a TL or QA yet, since they have higher tiers for agents. The company itself is very generous. They give out surprise monetary bonuses when the company revenue is high, and they don't lack any benefits. They even have a savings and retirement plan. One of the most generous when it comes to annual salary appraisal. Plus, free meal and snacks at the pantry daily.
The challengesNo company is perfect so there are still challenges here. Since the accounts are relatively small, changes and new updates are constant and may surprise you. Some accounts may be very busy or queuing on some months. Some common work politics can still be detected here but not as rampant as other companies I've been with. Lastly, the starting salary for everyone is the same as they don't buy your experience whatsoever, however it does gradually go up as you complete several training and also as you stay along with the company.

There's a gym and sleeping lounge where girls and boys separated.

    Adapted well enough
The good thingsThe company focuses on being family-oriented. There's free lunch and snacks for employees. Summer outing with family as well as year-end party is done annually. Attendance bonus is given if you have no tardiness or leaves other than planned vacations approved beforehand.
The challengesNo sufficient quality/appropriate hardware used for application. Also lacks data backup in case of problems. Pay for overtime work is rarely given/allowed yet expected to finish tasks even at tight schedules.
