The workplace itself is terrible and the culture is toxic, with favoritism running rampant. My experience working in Transcosmos or TCAP feels like dealing and working in a squammy environment. It always gives me migraines. Terrible work-life balance that’s downright unhealthy. This company is absolutely not worth every effort and struggle. -0/10
The good thingsThere are no good things that can be told. -0/10
The challengesWag na kayong mag balak na mag apply! Firstly, Taking the LRT is cold and comfortable right? but since the building where Tcap is at Gilmore Site is outdated, you'll have to pass the parking lot, which is not only hot but also has an unpleasant smell. As a result, after a several minute ride on the cold LRT, since you need to pass through the parking lot. Basically, by the time your shift starts, you'll already have a migraine because of the hot temperature and uncomfortable smell from the parking lot. For the account I was hired for, the pay is terrible and doesn't match the work you were hired to do. There is no HMO on day one, and the same goes for the allowance. They will only pay your basic salary while you're under probi. You'll get HMO and the allowance only after six months or once you are regularized. They will ask you to provide your preferred mode of salary payout for the first month, as the payroll or ATM will only be available after one month. They are also obliging agents to extend their working hours without overtime pay. There is no waiting area or lobby where agents or applicants can stay. They also use the back of the pantry to conduct interviews. Agents have no choice but to sit or stay on the dirty floor in the lobby area near comfort rooms during their breaks. Out of 6 cubicles in the CR, there is only one bidet, and it's not very helpful when you need to use the toilet. No soap or tissue in both restrooms, which is unhygienic. The pantry is the hottest place and it's really dirty. There are a lot of cockroaches on the tables, lack of chairs and some chairs are broken. Microwaves smell terrible. The sleeping quarters also have no AC, it's kind of smelly and there are no lockers available. The biggest issue here is that there is no air conditioning in the training rm, especially in the production floor, making it difficult and unbearably hot to work. It really gives you a headache since there's no AC, and some agents don't even share a fan. Some stations are also messy, with food wrappers everywhere. It's disgusting! Everyone is shouting and noisy. My co-agents are unpleasant to work with. They are selfish. When it comes to coaches, SMEs, and management, they don’t seem to care about the wellbeing of the employees. Lack of support. Overall, it was a miserable experience, and I would not recommend working here to anyone.

The hiring process was disappointing, taking over a month to complete. This was the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and it felt very unprofessional. I hope future candidates don’t encounter similar delays.
