    The good thingsMy colleagues were friendly. My Boss was linient. I have my own time and can do everything I want as long as I finish my deliverables on time. The client was sweet and the account I was assigned to was very easy. On top of it, I had a decent paying job.
    The challengesThe overall management. They don't consistenly pay SSS. I didn't feel that I'm capabale to grow in there. Cinpany was too small. It was stagnant and too easy. Their IT (not the people itself) program sucks. Sytem are always down and not all of their licenses are legal. No facilities at all. Office was too small.
