Recommended for those starting their career, but not for those who value their mental health
The good things* I recommend this company to those who want to experience the reality of working life and to people with tough character/personality. This company really tests your abilities and pushes you to your limits. In the process, you’ll discover skills you didn’t know you had and be amazed at what you’re capable of. * They offer many training programs that give you the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge, helping you perform better at work and improve yourself personally. * The working area is good
The challenges * Many entitled coworkers are only nice when they need something * HR supervisor clearly lacks people management training. She is unapproachable and often show irritation even when you ask questions politely sometimes she will assigned task that is simply placed on your desk, and you are expected to figure out on your own * Excessive micromanagement: every task must be documented, and constant updates are required throughout the day. * Coworker often give you photocopying tasks even when you have urgent work, causing delays and overtime while she leave early *Multiple tasks are assigned all at once, all marked as urgent required to report to several supervisors at the same time. No work life balance. * Poor management. This company is not suitable for soft-hearted people, as bosses curses you and humiliate you in front of other employees. This is something management SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO CHANGE. Not everyone can endure this kind of treatment, and for some, it can cause long-term trauma

This company is a toxic workplace.
The good thingsThere is nothing good here.
The challengesThe workload is increasing, but there is no increase in salary. Management is poor, and there are no benefits aside from those mandated by the government. The work environment is very toxic and harmful to mental health. If you want to ruin your mental health, then apply here.

This company will test you, but at the cost of your mental health.
The good thingsThe company is okay if you want a challenge because you will really be pushed.
The challengesYou will be forced to do many tasks that are not in your job description. Management is a mess. Too many bosses, constant micromanaging, and no clear boundaries. If you value your mental health, stay away. Even as a newly hired employee and new to the corporate world, you will be shouted at. The bosses make offensive, below-the-belt jokes and treat employees with no respect. This is a toxic workplace.
