Employees at Caspio Philippines appreciate the friendly and inclusive culture, great work environment, and work-life balance offered by the company. They value the opportunities for growth and career advancement, particularly for fresh IT graduates, as well as the supportive management and friendly colleagues. Additionally, the above-average compensation and benefits, including HMO, free meals, and snacks, are seen as positive aspects of working at Caspio Philippines.

    Extreme Working Environment!
The good thingsFriendly colleagues, Best Leaders, Good working Environment established by the Leads
The challengesSome employees were used to power tripping. Some leaders were not the best to ask for things such as work process. Sometimes they will refer you to a guide which will confuse you because a lot of internal sources were avaible and it's confusing if you will take a look with all of it.

    Beware of getting laid off
The good thingsSupportive teammates and members are not being micromanaged in my department. Pretty decent salary comparable to market
The challengesPretty much basic benefits. This company is heavily based on your metrics and you have to shell out your own money for your quarterly assembly

    Great software company
The good thingsGreat work-life balance, and very supportive of remote work setup. Inclusive and collaborative culture. My peers, managers and leadership are approachable and always ready to help. Everyone is nice, considerate and respectful. Employee population is diverse; I get to work with and learn from people from different backgrounds and cultures. Employee recognition and appreciation is the norm. Whether it’s anniversaries, birthdays or achievements, people in Caspio (even the CEO) do a great job at recognizing employees. Above average compensation compared to other companies in the tech industry, even for non-tech/dev positions.
The challengesWhile compensation is above average, benefits are pretty standard. Benefits could be improved to be more attractive in the market. Review/improve leave policies, increase allowances, etc. Learning/training opportunities are quite lacking. But I was told that HR and management are already building and planning trainings for employees. Looking forward to that!
